How do I capture digital receipts without having to print it out?
You can use your phone to take a picture of the screen. However, you need to turn off the flash so that there is no glare that can distort the image and get in the way of capturing expense details.

Internet connectivity required?
Yes. The AI-algorithms that process receipt and voice expenses are housed in the Olivia server, so your device needs internet connectivity to access the server.

What if some employees don’t have stable internet access (drivers, technicians in remote areas, etc)?
Olivia’s 'offline mode' allows them to first upload receipts while offline, enter merchant name and total amount; when they establish internet connectivity, they can complete the scanning or dictating of expenses.

Is there any integration required?
Olivia requires little integration. Employees can send spreadsheet reports to your organization. However, if, at a later stage, you require APIs to your HR, accounting, or ERP softwares, this can be arranged.
